How do I place my order online?

Ordering online is as easy as pushing a button. Just press the "Add To Cart" button on each item you select and then check out through PayPal when you are finished shopping. Checking out takes less than a minute. 

Can I call you with my order? 

Absolutely! We are available by phone Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mountain Time. We would be happy to take your order by phone for you. You can reach us at 505-796-4013.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You can pay online using PayPal or your credit card (you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to order online) or call us with your credit card information at 505-796-4013. If you wish to pay by postal money order send an e-mail to Customer Care or call us at  505-796-4013 and we will provide you with the mailing address. 

Will I have to pay sales tax?

No, unless you are a resident of New Mexico. If you are a New Mexico resident, your sales tax will automatically be calculated for you upon checkout through PayPal at 7%. 

Is it possible to get a sample? 

Absolutely! There is a charge at the regular pound rate for the samples you request. For samples call us at 505-796-4013 or e-mail your request to Customer Care.

How soon will my order ship?

Within 24-72 hours* if you place your order Sunday through Friday, and within 72 hours if you place your order on Saturday or on a national holiday. (Wholesale orders ship within 2 days depending on size of order.) *Shipping within 24-72 hours with the exception of temporarily out of stock items. If an item is out of stock or your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email. 

Can you ship to my post office box?

Yes. With few exceptions, we use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for our shipments. 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. You may be charged Duty by the Canadian government. Please contact your postal service for questions regarding this.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Please note, you may be charged Duty by your government when your package arrives. Please contact your postal service for questions regarding this.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Click here to view shipping rates. Insurance will be added to the rate shown. Wholesale shipping charges must be calculated at the time of purchase and depends on weight and package size as well as your location.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. PayPal will provide you with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. If you place your order by phone we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail once our shipping department notifies us your package has shipped. 

Will you tell me when my order ships?

PayPal will notify you immediately once your order leaves our facility. If you check out by phone we will notify you via e-mail once your package ships.

How do I change my order after I have checked out?

Not a concern. Simply e-mail Customer Care as soon as possible after placing your order or call us at 505-796-4013. We would be happy to help you get your order just right for you. Please note, on average, we ship within 24-48 hours so do not wait too long! 

What is your return policy?

You must contact us by phone or e-mail to notify us of your return as soon as possible. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for exchange, refund, or store credit. We have a "no questions asked" policy. You may return your item(s) within 14 days of your date of purchase for any reason you are not happy. Read more about our return and exchange policy here

Is there a restocking fee?

Never! We know not all computer monitors are made alike and understand when you must return an item for any reason, especially if the color does not meet your expectations.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item we will verify your return and then make a refund immediately. 

How do I order a catalog?

Because of the changing nature of the turquoise we get from the mines, we do not currently have a catalog. Our turquoise is very unique making to hard to maintain a current catalog. Please bookmark our site by adding us to your Favorites list for easy access in the future.

How do I place a wholesale order?  

If you are currently a wholesale customer or you were a wholesale customer in the past, please contact Customer Care to place your order. We are not currently accepting new wholesale customers. With the cost of turquoise and the cost of production getting more and more expensive, we made the decision to discontinue our wholesale department so that we can keep our prices as low as we can for all of our customers. Please contact Lin for any questions or special situation you might have.

Are my online transactions secure on your website? 

Absolutely! You can shop on our site and pay on pages securely hosted by PayPal.

Will you be sharing my contact information with other companies? 

Never, ever! We will never sell or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any other information you may given us, with anyone. You can read our Privacy Policy here. 

Will I automatically start receiving your newsletter after I place my order?

No. We believe in respecting your privacy. In order to get on our friends list and receive our newsletter you have to opt in by filling in your first name and your e-mail address on the form located on our home page. If you have any problems signing up just zip an e-mail to Customer Care and we will submit your e-mail address to our list for you. You will then receive an e-mail to confirm. For your security, you will still have to confirm before you are actually added to our mailing list to make sure it is you who is making the request.
