You must contact us by phone or e-mail to notify us of your return as soon as possible. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for exchange, refund, or store credit. Never! We know not all computer monitors are made alike and understand when you must return an item for any reason, especially if the color does not meet your expectations.

Because of the changing nature of the turquoise we get from the mines, we do not currently have a catalog. Our turquoise is very unique making to hard to maintain a current catalog. Please bookmark our site by adding us to your Favorites list for easy access in the future.

No. We believe in respecting your privacy. In order to get on our friends list and receive our newsletter you have to opt in by filling in your first name and your e-mail address on the form located on our home page.
